Audi’s redesigned 6-series engine has brought it closer to its previous entry, the Audi A3. The A3 is a sports car, and has been around since the original R33 but got stuck with the 912i. This new generation of R33 has the same big-smell engine as the old RS-V, but with a better power ratio and more aggressive suspension.
Audi has had a similar engine for a while now, and now the A3 is the best. At first glance, the A3 looks like a big deal at this early stage of car production, but it’s also something of a different story.
In 2007, Audi was a bit hesitant to put the R3 out in the wild, and they only had the A4 and V8, so they just replaced that car with a better R1 or R8. But with the new R3, they have managed to turn the R1 off with a lot less noise.
